if you set Camtasia Recorder to capture both mic and system audio, when you put that capture clip on the timeline, you will get separate tracks for system audio and the video stream with the mic audio

When you record a video you set the Microphone & System Audio to be recorded as follows using the drop down menu in the recorders toolbar.

System audio will be recorded to the video track. You can separate it from the video in the editor and place it on in a separate track if you want to do.

The microphone will be recorded to it's own track automatically.
