I just bought 1 Camtasia-Key to work with. Me and my collegue want to create new videos together. Is it possible for her to work on the same project when i am offline / out of office on her own computer? Or is it just possible to use it just on one computer? Thanks

I use Camtasia with only one license, shared between users on the same computer.
My use-case is wanting a less cluttered environment for screen recording.

The only issue, you need to be careful of, is overwriting changes.

The safest way, is to close your project when you are finished, otherwise it's possible one of you will lose changes.

I believe this is covered by the license agreement - I am not sure of the exact terms, and I think the license is different if you buy it from apple (app store) vs Direct. You should open a support ticket at https://support.techsmith.com/hc/en-us to confirm your use case.

Hello,

The Camtasia license (key) you purchase allows 1 person to work with Camtasia. You may install Camtasia on two computers, say one at work and one at home, or a MAC or WIN computer. However, you may only work on one of those machines at one time.

To share a license between colleagues on different computers is not permitted since a singe license is only for the person who purchased it and it cannot be shared or transferred to others.

I hope this helps!
