Is the time delay in Snagit for Mac really only 3 seconds?

I like setting a 10-second time delay sometimes. It seems like you can't edit the time delay like you can in the Windows version. Is that really the case?

Hi,

I'm not sure I follow what the issue is. Is the time delay field you've shown not letting you type other numbers in?

Sorry for the long delay in responding. I hadn't used Snagit for Mac in a while. I can't type in a different number in the Time Delay field like I can in the Windows version.

I still can't change the number. I even turned off Time Delay, quit Snagit, and turned it back on when I opened Snagit again.

What version of macOS are you running? We're not seeing this issue at all, so we're tying to figure out what's different about your setup that might be causing this.

Hi Lori, additionally to what Luke asked, if you are open to a screen sharing session, let me know and we can set up a time to try and diagnose this. Thank you!

I'm running macOS 10.15.3. I can do a screen sharing session, but I'm only on my Mac in the evenings. What are your support hours? I'm on Pacific time.
