Perhaps try opening the Visual Effects (you may need to click More to see it) then applying the Color Adjustment?

Cheers... Rick :)

Thanks, Rick!  What version of Camtasia has the visual effects?  My version is old-6.  Thanks!

Camtasia 2 has colour adjustment on it. You have to drag and drop it onto the clip, but then you get the adjustment levels on the right in the properties window. It's under Video FX. As it was out there on Mac in version 2, you'd like to hope it would have been there in version 6 for Windows, though I can't actually find a version 6 on the TechSmith version history page for Windows - it starts at version 8!

Yeah, but I think that's the Mac version, right?

Yes that's right Rick. I was saying you'd like to hope it would have been on the Windows version 6, if it had been on the Mac version as early as the beginning of version 2.

Camtasia Studio 6 on Windows was released almost three years before Camtasia 2.0 for Mac. :)   Before the 2018 release, the version numbers on the Windows and Mac side were totally incomparable.

Thanks for that clarity Stephen. Like you say, the numbers made no comparable sense then. Indeed, versions 2 & 3 for Mac had so many editions with major improvements that, if we'd followed the Windows numbering, I think we'd have been on version 10 before 2018 was released! :-)
