Is there any possibility to prevent downloading a video on Screencast.com? I need to  upload a Scorm file with TOC in Moodle. If the video in this Screencast I imagine that the student will see the TOC in the classroom at Scorm. Is there any way to restrict forming Download or embebed the video ot shareit? In order to restrict the maximum share?

Yes, there is a way - in the following link to a movie, on screencast.com, I created a folder, and changed the url to "hidden" and as long as you don't check mark the "download" button, they will not be able to download the movie. However, the students could use snagit while they are watching your movie or any other movie.http://www.screencast.com/t/kExyTBskvP

Hi Jonas,

As Richard said, I think your best option here would be to use a hidden URL to prevent download or embedding of your video by students. This way the content is only viewable by those who have both the unique URL of your video and the password.

Hope this helps!

Hi,
Richard, Jonas and Jessie

with or embedded URL address, you can see the video that is correct, what happens is that when you right click the option to download in MP4 appears.
How come that does not happen?
Thank you
