Issue sharing capture as a PDF email attachment

I want to capture a screenshot image, go into the editor, add an arrow and some text and then click share as an email. When the email opens I want the attachment to be in PDF format instead of PNG.
I opened a ticket (#678943) and then spoke to Tech Support over chat. I used a previous version of SnagIt for years and this worked flawlessly but now I can't do it. They are telling me I have to save the file in a different location as a PDF then attach it to an email. I use this program far to frequently to add another step to the process. Can you program the new version to do what the previous version did?

Hi David,

I think I can help you out.

You will need to create a profile / preset so you can save this type of capture and output.

I made a video to show you what to do since this is faster than writing it down.

Here you go.

Thanks Kelly,
Ok, so that worked following your instructions. Which is awesome, we are getting closer and I can live with that if I have to.
However, when I capture an image I always use the quick SnagIt drop down that rests at the top of my desktop. If I use that dropdown and use that capture button instead of the capture button you used in the video; when it opens my capture in editor, it does not have the "Finish" button.
It's strange to me that it won't just attach the capture as a PDF File when I click on share, that's the way it worked in the previous version.

Nice explanation. Good to do it on Camtasia.
