It Glitched and Smudges the Final Video

It Glitched and Smudges the Final Video whenever i split or skip somewhere in the video it happens the screen goes black and it glitches out however its not compleatly black i can still see bits of the video

Is this a video created with a Camtasia screen recording or is this footage from another source like a camcorder or something like that?
You need to provide a lot more details for anyone to help you.

That's the problem.
OBS won't work with Camtasia.It uses it own set of codecs.
 I don't know there is a way to convert OBS videos to a usable format or not. I would try googling OBS video and see if there's a conversion technique available.I don't use OBS so I've never researched the subject.
