I've got a bit carried away with myself this morning and installed camtasia on my PC when i'd intended to install on my laptop and iMac.

Is it possible to just uninstall on the PC and then install on my laptop and iMac?

Yes
There is no additional process to deactivate an installed version of Camtasia. You just uninstall it and move on.

Hi, I can not access my old machine. I have reset it already but this has not released the license so I can use it on my new laptop. What should I do?

So, for starters. You're allowed to install Camtasia on 2 computers. So, unless you've already done that. You don't have a problem at this time.
Just register the new laptop.

If your running Camtasia 2020 and were activating a third computer.
I would Contact SALES to free up a license.                https://www.techsmith.com/application/salescontact/

I could be wrong, but its my understanding that starting with Camtasia 2020.Registrations are handled differently. And this additional step is required.
Versions 2019 and previous, require no such process.
