Jing in taskbar

It is nice to have the Jing Sun always available, but it seems like no matter where I put it, it often gets in the way of other things I am doing. If I put it in the top, it will overlap some browser tabs, it I put it on the right, it will interfere with scrolling, and if I put it on the left, it will often interefer4e with menus.
How about being able to pin it to the taskbar, and when hovering over it, you get the same function as you currently get with the "sun"? Then it would really never be in the way, and always accessible.
I am not sure if Microsoft does allow you to design what an app does, when you hover over it in the start menu, but I am sure there would be some option, to have it function close to what would be needed.
Just a suggestion!
