I realize I'm the early adopter here and this is certainly not meant to be a complaint, but I've found that Jing will always crash on launch when installed on Windows 8 x64 Consumer Preview.
Here's what I was able to find in the Event Log:

Most of it probably isn't relevant, but thought I'd share anyways. Again, not expecting a fix, but thought I'd report it since I haven't seen anyone else post about this.
