Hi

I love Jing but since I installed another monitor it wont work.

The program loads and positions itself at top of screen as normal and in system tray. But system tray clicking double click or right click dont work and neither does the top Jing icon
when hover or click.

Ive tried running both monitors on same resolution and different resolutions

Can Jing run on Dual Monitors on WInXP?

If so what do I need to do to get it working???

Has anyone come up with a solution to the issue with dual monitors. This is by far my favorite program, and now it is broken. AHHH!

Just hooked up a 2nd monitor and jing is totally failing. I'm running different resolutions for each monitor, on win10. Hope there will be a solution for this. As for now I will have to use a different program.

Apparently this was TechSmith's plan all along. Get us addicted to the free Jing- then plant a bug and make us buy Snagit. Well played TechSmith! I will miss you Jing...

This was fixed like ages ago for me, when I found this thread and subscribed. Now I run Jing 2.9.15255 and I do not expect problems w/ two displays on win7...
But Jennifer is a partially right I guess - do not remember updating Jing lately...

Just downloaded/installed Jing, and cannot record on dual monitors. It allows me to select part of my screen, but when it starts to record, the area highlighted in yellow is split between my two monitors, totally unusable. Is this just me?
