You have an obligation to support what you sell, if you can't do that you should issue a full refund. Terrible business practice and I will blog my dissatisfaction all over the frigging internet. Too arbitrarily state you are ditching a product "Jing Pro" is bad business

Mr. Featherstone,
I am sorry you are frustrated. I want to make sure you know that you will have your Jing Pro service for another full year.

We are not retiring Jing Pro until February 28, 2013. We will continue to support Jing Pro for the next year.

It still doesn't excuse the fact that it is a bad business practice, no matter how much you try to sugar coat it.
