Camtasia 9.0.5

PowerPoint created widescreen 16:9
Each slide saved to jpeg
jpeg inserted into media bin
jpeg to Camtasia track
jpeg has crisp resolution within Camtasia
all jpegs go blurry upon HTML export

Please see attached for example, settings, preferences, canvas size, quality
Reminder: These are jpeg images within Camtasia tracks and not from a .trec recorded file.

The best suggestion I'd give is to not export your PPT as jpegs. Instead record your presentation using the Camtasia extension. http://elearningbrothers.com/webinar-polishing-powerpoint-presentation-camtasia-5-steps/

Thank you for the suggestion. We had been focusing on pushing our images through PhotoShop to export at 1920x1080 as opposed to monitor resolution of 2560x1440.

We receive PowerPoints from lesson developers with inserted audio. Recording via PowerPoint plug-in feels unforgiving/intricate as we need to stretch components to add callouts and slow our narrators pace.

We will continue to experiment with the info offered by your resource and hopefully create a productive workflow minus the Photoshop step.

Thanks!

Via a TechSmith help ticket, the below resource was offered. Our organization did not follow this suggestion due to our lack of knowledge and potential implications of making such changes within the inside structure of PowerPoint.
