This sounds like a presentation created by someone else using Camtasia?
Are you aware of what version of Camtasia was used to create it? I ask, because it's been a long while since we worked with SWF format (Flash) type files. So it sounds like it may be a really old file. If it's in SWF format, it may need to be transcoded into MP4.
I've not used this site myself, but if this is your situation, you may want to try uploading your SWF and allowing it to convert to MP4.
Hi there, Are you the owner of this content... or are you attempting to watch and are just seeing a blank screen? Is this being hosted within a coursework / e-learning system?
Are you able to post a link to this video here so we can see it?
Or, are you attempting to view this video on Screencast.com? Sorry for so many questions... but overall, if you ARE NOT the owner of the video, and you cannot see it, please contact the video owner and let them know. There is not much we can do here for content that someone else has made and uploaded to the web or put into an LMS. Flash is not being supported currently, so if this is an older Flash video, that may be the root of the issue you are having.
Others reading this may have some other suggestions for you as well.
