Login credentials should be on 1 page, not two

You have made the login process much more difficult to use by splitting the email address and password to two separate pages. For those of us with automated password managers like Roboform, this is an unwanted annoyance. If you log in many times a day, it turns into a real headache. The login credentials should be on 1 page. Thanks

Hi leechipturner,

We're big fans of password managers ourselves. What your post caused us to realize is that we  have auto login disabled for our own sites. Each of us have many test accounts and autocompletion makes it more difficult for us to test our numerous accounts. When we enabled autocomplete, we saw the same poor experience that you did.

We had a conversation about it this morning and we think we can improve the flow for password managers, so look for an improvement in the future.

It is not likely that we will change the two-step email/password process because that allows us to better support multiple login types and multiple TechSmith accounts where the second step does not necessarily involve entering a password.

Sorry for any headaches we've caused,
Glenn
