Login "Connection failed"

I'm not able to use the "Login" ICON successfully.

The 1st time I used it, after installing the App onto iPad, I was prompted for my Facebook login info. I entered the correct values and the prompt screen disappeared. But, now when I select "Login" or when I attempt to upload a ScreenChomp to Facebook I get, "Connection failed".

Please note that I'm able to upload to the ScreenChomp cloud, access the internet using Safari, open Facebook using Safari, and open the Facebook App.

Any suggestions?

Same here - without the option to save to Facebook, there seems to be no other way to download the finished video as an .mp4 file.

Please note that I've tried two different wireless networks and I get the same results. It appears that I can login to Facebook (I can enter my login credential, I get a white panel for a few seconds), but when I try to publish a project to Facebook I get, "Connection failed".

Please help!

So, we're seeing this more and more. We're looking into it on our end. Note that you do not have to log-in to Facebook to share to screenchomp.com. You only have to log-in if you want to share on Facebook.

Hello Jeremy ... Thanks you for replying to my post. Your help in getting this resolved is appreicated.

I'm aware that I can share to screenchomp.com without using the Log-in feature. But, it will be great when I can share using Facebook.
