Long response time due to more people working remote

I have lost several working days now, due to extremely slow Camtasia, and lack of response from support. They claim 4 working days response time due to increased tickets due to korona and remote working. I really hope they will prioritize existing customers, because my editing work is constantly either "unexpectedly shut down" or needing to force quit. This goes for both 2020 and 2019, I am desperately trying to finish a video series, but editing is almost impossible and are interrupted every 5th minute due to this and other strange warnings. Anyone with the same problems, and any suggestions? Batch recording is not much help in getting effective, when editing is almost impossible.......

I backed it down to Camtasia 2018 which seems much more stable than 2019 to 2020. It still freezes not only the Camtasia program but also my Mac computer! I don't mind that it is lacking in features that other programs have, but to ALWAYS have to be fearful that it's going to freeze my computer and lose my work is just too much. I'm looking for another program to use after being with them since Camtasia 3. It's just too stressful. I hate having to go through a new learning curve to learn a new program and I just have been deluding myself that things will get better with each new version.
