I'm trying to capture small 2-5min recordings on how to use a software. I am narrating as I work in the system. When I go to the editory the video goes faster than the audio and the audio ultimately then gets cut off at the end.

I'm past due on my projects so I'd love to not have to do a lot of editing. I am new to Camtasia so I'm hoping it is a quick fix.

I am assuming there is a way for me to change the recording/editing speed of the video but when I changed it to 30 frames instead of 15 the processing time was unbearable.

Thanks for any help.

Same problem. I bought this software for work and I can't use it. I have 8gigs of ram and a quadcore processor and I'm off in a 1 minute recording. I'm recording 1280x720 15fps using a USB headset on a 1 year old dell laptop.

Here's what happens to me: http://youtu.be/Jw6KhcrbDnk

Hello Karen and Michael,

I'm sorry to hear about this troubling issue. Have you contacted our Tech Support team? I think they will be the best at getting to the bottom of this.

Michael, your video is really eye-opening and clearly the degree to which this is out of sync is unexpected and very unacceptable.

Thanks Mr. Curtis. I just filed a ticket. Here is my related post which has another video which shows the issue even more:
