MAC Mojave (Version 10.14.3). "Capture Failed. Internal error Try again. If problems persist, quit and relaunch the application."

Doesn't work on my MAC since I upgraded to Mojave (Version 10.14.3). I had/have a LIC though ServiceNow and need to get that again but need the tool to n working. "Capture Failed. Internal error Try again. If problems persist, quit and relaunch the application." Snagit Version 4.1.8 (78117)

Hi,

So sorry about this! The first thing I would do is try upgrading to version 4.1.10. If that doesn't solve the issue, then I would contact our Tech Support team and they can look into this further.

I noticed that you have a several years old version of SnagIt for Mac.  Because you are looking for a new version that works with Mojave, I would recommend that you upgrade to "SnagIt 2019 for Mac".  This new version is not available from the App Store, but rather must be purchased directly from the TechSmith web site.
