Mac SCORM export not loading

I'm trying to upload a SCORM package created through Camtasia 2018. The file exports fine and uploads to the LMS, but anytime I try to view the SCORM package in the LMS it just displays the loading page and never progresses past this. It's not an issue with the LMS and I have tried every combination of SCORM options available to get it to work but with no luck. Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

Can you tell me what LMS and browser you are using?

Thanks,
Ben

Moodle is the LMS, I used both Chrome and Safari, both gave the same result.

Can you open the "developer tools" in Chrome on the page that displays the player?  Navigate to the console tab and see if there is any information displayed?

If that does not result in any information can you open a ticket with tech support

Thanks Ben, thats returning some 404 responses, config_xml.js and the Filename_config.xml file  seem to be generating the 404 responses. When I extract the SCORM file they aren't listed inside, is there something I should be doing to make these files generate within the package?

Not finding 'Filename_config.xml' would cause this for sure.  Can you open that support ticket so we can look at this further?

Btw, have you checked to make sure your version of Camtasia is fully up-to-date?
