I'm fairly new to Camtasia and still finding my way round. I do like the option of using the Macbook pro screen. My question is are you able to use this as a fixed back drop and then have only the images placed over it to zoom/pan/tilt? Version 9.1

Hi terry and thanks for stopping by the forums!

Are you looking to zoom and pan just the content within the frame of the Macbook as seen here:

Hi Terry;

If you have Camtasia installed you can download the project that I created to make the GIF in my prior response from the following link: https://www.screencast.com/t/PoqkZPoc

Essentially I took a random picture of a MacBook Pro and used Snagit to delete the screen contents, then I placed that image on the top track. I then took my video and placed it on the bottom track and added a Custom animation to it; that animation is what makes the background media zoom without zooming the MacBook frame.

Let me know if you need more than just the project and I'll try to put something together for you.

Thanks!

-Robert

Thanks Robert for your informed response.
I shall have a play around and let you know the outcome.
Once again thank you.
