I received a mail from this address, claiming to link to a survey. I dare not click the button because it did not originate from the Techsmith domain.

Did you actually send it?

I got the same email and I have the same concern. I don't want to be the recipient of a phishing attack.

Can someone at TechSmith authenticate the legitimacy (or not) of these emails?

It sure looks suspect to me, In my opinion, the best people to contact about this would be TechSmith sales.

You can contact the sale team at TechSmith.

You could also contact tech support at....

Joe made the best suggestion here as I know that the email that is showing seems like a phishing email to get your information. I would not open it myself. TechSmith usually has their secured web information on the end and not what you show. Let us know if you contact support to let others know what they had to say so if it happens to them then they will know too. I am always cautious when opening any files or emails that I am not aware of coming in from someone and if I did not purchase a software from a company directly then I do not trust anything that is not having the extension of their name if that makes sense. Thanks for posting and have a great day/night. Look forward to hearing back.

Cheers ~ Fred.
