Mark up *.snag files as a collaborator at the same time as another coworker?

We would like to have functionality to mark something up as a collaborator at the same time as another coworker? How to group share and collaborate on *snag files remotely. As like many company's are doing during the pandemic we are all working from home. Two of us finally have the time to create a lot more tutorials.

Is it possible to see markup live, just like editing Office files on Sharepoint? Once completed we would then add to a Word doc. If we ever need to modify the original *.snag files either of us would go to central location, modify the *.snag file and use it to replace the previous screen shot in the word doc.

Why not use sharepoint to mark-up the .png files, then edit the snag appropriately?

I just tried setting up a new Preset Profile pointing to a Sharepoint folder.

This would be a great compromise if I could lock in with the Preset a file type and default file name such as FileName_001.snag

I believe what you mentioned are also possibilities using presets.

Wow that's very cool. It appears that after the capture and the file resides on Sharepoint that  I can make changes and then save, which updates the Sharepoint file.

Confusing though having completely separate options to Share "File" and "Sharepoint" since both indicate storing a file. Not having the same naming options when you choose Sharepoint further complicates things.

These two options should be combined into one.

Thank you Rick!
