Markers & hyperlinks

Hello. I am working in this moment at one onboarding elearning (Camtasia 8) and I find it really difficult to find a solution for my problem.

I have a slide where main products are showed and I want to give the viewers the possibility to click on something from that slide and to take them at another point of the video for a much complex explanation of the products. To go to next business unit overview, they should just click on another small image.

This applies for other 5 "slides", since I have 5 Business Units and for each of them I will need to create 2 markers (one that goes to the detailed explanation and one that goes to next overview BU)

Question is: where should I put in the timeline the video parts where all products are explained in detail? Would be a good idea if I just put them at the end of the presentation? If yes, after finishing all elearning, will videos be played automatically or can I do something to not be played?

Thanks a lot :)

my suggestion [I assume you are not using quizzes in the project?] ...

put the overview section at beginning of video; put the detail sections aftwerwards

use a stop at end, go to time hotspot callouts to navigate from overview section to each detail section

use stop at end, go to time hotspot callouts at end of detail sections to navigate back to the beginning of next overview section

I do this a lot and it works very well
