First - you FAILED to notify users of known problem with memory overflow for 2018.2.0 I spent many wasted hours figuring out you (SnagIt) was the culprit, and could have prevented that by sending email notice to all users. Shame on you..!!!
Second, you say it's fixed in new release 2018.2.1... Which will not install
1 - Help About shows my current version for Windows 7 (64 Bit) is 2018.2.0
2 - Help Check for Updates says my version is Up to Date (it won't install any update)
3 - My PC can Not download anything from Internet.
Your program can't update itself.. Sad.. Sad.. Sad..
