Merge the audio system with microphone in a track

Hi, I use an online translator.

I am the same who wrote this post:
https://feedback.techsmith.com/techsmith/topics/record-system-audio-fail?rfm=1&topic_submit=true

I'm still with the same problem 1 month later. In another forum I was told this:

"Do you need to burn to two audio tracks?" because I see that you are recording ontwo tracks. "If it is not necessary, search option and removes a track so you only take one, and you grabaras all sound on the same track and you have solved your problem".

I look and look for that configuration may be the problem, but do not find nothing.Other friends who use camtasia showed me his settings and it seems to be exactly the same.

Recorded meetings using 2 monitors if you can give clues to solve the problem.

Thanks in advance.

I was unable to access the Microsoft translation link, so I do not know what that post said

it is otherwise not clear to me what your issue is?

if you are placing 2 sound tracks on timeline, and you want to combine them into 1 sound track, and those 2 tracks do not interfere with each other, then try this ...

export the audio [on share menu], this will give you a single WAV audio file; silence your original 2 audio tracks, and use the new WAV file in the project

Thank you, your advice did not help because the system audio is recorded incompletely.

I attach a screenshot with the problem. As you can see the audio system is shorter than the audio from the microphone, which causes that then both sounds overlap when they occurred in different timelines.

Thanks again.
