Mojave Freeze-ups with SnagIt 2019 - Latest Upgrade Fixed It!

I have been a SnagIt user for years.  I switched to a Mac 18 months ago.  SnagIt 2018 worked perfectly on it.  When I upgraded to 2019, I experienced the same freeze-ups everyone else did.  It was so bad, I uninstalled 2019 and reinstalled 2018.  I reluctantly installed the upgrade to 2019.1.1 that promised it would fix this problem.  Much to my pleasure, it did.  Thanks for a real working fix.

I have 2019.1.0 and can't figure out why the "About" doesn't offer me an update! How do I get an automatic update?

Just go to the TechSmith website, download the trial version of 2019 for Mac and install it. The update is contained in that file. Because your software is already registered, you won't have to worry about registration because the system will already recognize you own a licensed copy.
