I must say that you are very limited with the tools in Remove a Color option. If there is some shadow near the man on the green screen, it's impossible to remove it. Green lines and halos appear around

I have had a hard time getting a perfect result as well. Mostly I would say it is a lighting issue. The lighting needs to be almost perfect which is hard unless you are in a studio. Also, make sure you are not too close to the green screen. This can cause the green to spill back on the subject as well as shadowing.

With all that said, Camtasia does a pretty good job for this type of product. If you need more advanced green screen, you will need to use something more advanced such as Adobe Premiere Pro.

Thanks @kurrykid. Using the same lightening setup we've received different results. Sometimes the Green Screen Removal was awesome, sometimes not. I was wondering what's the problem

If it helps, a few tips:
To get a really great green screen, as opposed to 'good enough', set up your lighting well. In this case, that means having multiple lights shining on the green screen to make a nice, even, no-shadow backdrop. Too much variation in color here is hard to remove.
Second, "backlight" your subject. That means shining a light or two onto the BACK of your subject. This hardens up those edges and removes the "spill" from the green screen that might be reflecting onto your subject.

Good luck.
