Mouse Click Effect in Snagit Videos

Visualing mouse clicks (left or right) in Snagit Videos would be a great feature.
Right now, I can only see my mouse cursor moving but not clicking.

I only capture small+quick video clips to show stuff to developers in personal contact and I do not wish to edit these videos. So Camtasia is major overkill for me.

But it would be great to see the mouse clicks in Snagit videos. Please bring this feature to Snagit video capurting!

Same here Camtasia is way beyond my needs and snagit videos are not enough. Perhaps that is the point: if you need more buy Camtasia. That is not said with a negative spin. I used screen-cast-omatic and bought several years but they decided to become expensive and the price is beyond my needs so I am looking at shareware or open source so I can make a screen cast video and annotate it

That would be a nice added option.

There are a couple ways (workarounds) that may help until/If this is ever added to Snagit.

1. The free but very limited way.

Use Windows "Find my cursor" option.

Go into your mouse options and turn it on.

Then just before you click with the mouse, hit the CTRL key.
Not pretty but does the job.

The other option is small software that has a lot of options

It's was like $12.50 USD
and works well.

The Pointer Focus software does have a free download but you will get a pop-up nag every so often to buy it.

"Use Windows "Find my cursor" option." Dude - you're a genius! I've been looking for a workaround and didn't even THINK of that! Thank you so much :)
