Mouse pointer disappears after clicking on "produce video" after reviewing the video before production.

I just completed a tutorial on how to use a tool in Photoshop using Camtasia video capture. Once completed, I reviewed the video and enjoyed it. The mouse arrow was there. When I produced it as an mp4 video my mouse arrow disappears. Why would this happen? My tutorial are shared with a collegue and will also upload to my Youtube channel for Photoshop users. If my mouse arrow is not visible no one can see what I am doing or pointing to using the mouse pointer. Thank you in advance for your answer in how to keep the integrity of the mouse pointer.

Sadly, the url cannot be added using 'add image' offered at the bottom of this dialog box. Please copy and paste the url below and you can see the arrow cannot be seen.
