MP4 shows white patch when played on QuickTime player on Windows OS, same video play well when views in QuickTime on MAC OS.

MP4 shows white patch when played on QuickTime player on Windows OS, same video play well when views in QuickTime on MAC OS.

I'll probably sound a bit dense for even asking this, but here goes!

Are you generically talking about an MP4 you are planning to use in Camtasia? Or is this an MP4 that was created by Camtasia? As it seems to play fine on Mac, it would seem to suggest the MP4 isn't damaged in some way. Perhaps you need to update the QuickTime player for PC?

This issues is faced from an Mp4 published from Camtasia. I have even updated the QuickTime for PC but still no luck, Mp4 shows white patch when played on QuickTime player on Windows OS.

What happens if you play it using the Windows media player. Or "Any" other player for that matter?
Mp4's  will play in virtually all players these days. At least to the best of my knowledge.

Mp plays well on media player or VLC player, no white patch seen here.

The issue with white patch at end is when same Mp4 shows white patch when played on QuickTime player on Windows OS.
