Hey there,

Did you recently installed an update? If so, was Camtasia working without any issues prior to this update? If so, try to re-install the previous version and try again.

Let me know if this works.

I had this problem a couple of times recently.  It seemed to be that C:\Users\ted\AppData\Local\Temp  was too full. Both times I deleted old junk in the User local Temp directory, rebooted and the problem went away. Working with Mike Spink in Tech Support on this. We're watching to see if this happens again. Running Camtasia v2018.0.2 on WIN10 64 bit.
