I had this problem a couple of times recently. It seemed to be that C:\Users\ted\AppData\Local\Temp was too full. Both times I deleted old junk in the User local Temp directory, rebooted and the problem went away. Working with Mike Spink in Tech Support on this. We're watching to see if this happens again. Running Camtasia v2018.0.2 on WIN10 64 bit.
