My Camtasia Studio wont work or open on Windows 10.

Guys please help my Camtasi Studio 8.1 suddenly stopped working it has an error "Faulting application name: CamtasiaStudio.exe, version:, time stamp: 0x51e8dfedFaulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 10.0.16299.15, time stamp: 0x2cd1ce3d
Exception code: 0xe0434352" so I decided to update it in hopes to fix the problem by reinstalling it and going for Camtasia 9 but when I click the application nothing happens and an error "Application: CamtasiaStudio.exeFramework Version: v4.0.30319

" happens please help I don't know what any of this means I have the latest Net Framework and camtasia used to work fine before. I saw a post about Logitech webcam device can sometimes caused this issue and uninstalling them might solve the problem but I'm not sure if that is the case and I don't want to do that.
