My folders in screencast replaced for a limited time with TechSmith folders containing all items that ordinary read in TechSmith Blog

I would like to inform you that an error may be occurred today due to your control system when I opened my account in screencast so that I found all my folders replaced with TechSmith folders that contain all videos and articles that really published in TechSmith Blog
This situation happened before about 7 Hrs. ago

This could be a very serious issue, so I'd like to ask you a few questions if possible.

Screencast.com allows users to share links to entire folders, or even their entire library. Were you viewing another users content around the time that this occurred?

As a convenience after you log in we return you to the page you were on. If you had been viewing another users content when you logged in you will remain viewing that content, but will not have any control over the content. Did you log in around the time that this occurred?
