When I double click on a grouped clip on my main timeline, it opens that group's timeline so I can make edits, but the main timeline then disappears. I cannot click back to it to go back to my editing. I have to save, quit and restart Camtasia.

Can you "Scroll" the un-viewable Timeline Tracks back into view from the far right hand side of the editor?

I don't have that "un-viewable Timeline". If it works properly, I'll get separate tabs for each group right above the timeline. Sometimes, if I click on the group in the Main Timeline, the group opens, but the tabs disappear. I've tried resizing the app, making it full screen etc but there is nothing clickable or scrollable at the side of my timeline that your arrow indicates.

I'm sorry but you guys are hilarious this morning,
Obviously, it isn't Camtasia 9. So what does that leave you with?
I'll let you figure it out.

Well, perhaps you might enlighten us?
To me it's certainly not "obvious". If it's not Camtasia, it's nearly identical. And I do know the Mac version of things has slight differences.

Obviously it's Camtasia. It's not Camtasia 9. The tools, tracks, and color scheme is identical.
This is the Camtasia Forum, it's a Camtasia Question.
SO let's take a leap. It's Camtasia 3.whatever for MAC. How hard was that?
Man, take a ribbing, lighten up. Use your imagination.Look at the picture

If I were you castlebranchmarketing,
I would submit your question to the Camtasia for MAC forum.
And/Or Contact Support and see what they have to say about it. Mose of us windows users don't even own a Mac. So we can't tell you about tabbed groups. We don't have tabbed groups in Camtasia 9 for Windows.
All our grouping is done form the timeline. I like the tabbed approach, it might clean up the timeline a bit.
I'm wondering if your tabs disappear at times because your timeline indicator is in the wrong place on the timeline? It's positioned where the group you opened is not actually located?
