My perennial complaints
1, The adjustments on the rotate feature and the other adjustments are cumbersome and don't allow minor changes without 2 or 3 clicks - why not a panel with a + and - to allow for single degree adjustments.
2. The step process is again cumbersome on Snagit 19 - earlier editions allowed you to set the size of a number and it would repeat - this feature disappeared in 19 and you now need to copy a number of a particular size - paste and change the number - it wastes time and is a pain when you need to number features in different photos.
3. The cross hairs that appear when locating step numbers does not allow for infinite adjustment, which can mean the number is left in the wrong position.
4. Why oh why did you remove the tool bar tool for the resizing of an image size. When you need to process 50 or so images and resize each one - its 2 extra clicks and the opening of a menu - it is time consuming and not an efficient way of completing a rather tedious job.
All of the above can be done - why change something that is not broken!!!

Leigh - Regarding #1 - Until TS fixes it, you can make rotation adjustments easily using my Excel Spreadsheet found here:

The How To use it  Video here:

I was so happy with Snagit 2019 that I removed all my previous Snagit versions.
#2, #3 - I don't understand what a "step number" is, can you explain?
#4 - no comment do not recall what I did in v8 or v9.

... "why change something that is not broken!!!"
I think its that the newer versions of Snagit and Camtasia can use "video card" (GPU) accelerations, so everything had to change and I agree not always for the better. But as our user community lets them know, IMO, TS is very responsive. So be patient.
