My Snagit profile isn't capturing the correct fixed region

I've meticulously edited a new profile to capture a fixed region which includes starting at a specific spot on a worksheet in Excel.

It worked fine on one computer, but when I edited the file on another computer and then moved it back to the first computer to continue editing, the size of the capture has changed even though my column widths have not changed.

I figured this might be due to the difference in screen resolution between the two computers, but now I'm not so sure given that the content I'm trying to capture hasn't changed in size.

I even tried taking a manual capture of the destination file (a slide in Powerpoint) to serve as a guide by pasting it into my original file. I then adjusted my file's content accordingly, took another screenshot and then pasted it into my Powerpoint file, and it's still not coming out the right size (see attached file).

What am I missing?

Btw, on an unrelated note: my All-in-One profile is configured to not include the cursor, but whenever I use it, the cursor is included. A bug or user error?

My first thought is that you are losing something by editing on different machines. That does work but Iam not so sure that something doesn't change in the scaling when  moving to different video driver environment. I don't know but that pops into mind If that bears out it may not be a bug NOR user error but something  that may not be fixable.
Otherwise the feature works. I can pick up my wifes captures through our network, edit and save back. You have me wondering if that makes a subtle change ... for our uses we have never had to worry about it

Thanks, Rick.

I decided to work solely on one computer/monitor. It seems to be the correct move.
