My students complain that the playback of videos in Screencast is constantly being stopped, making it very difficult to view them. This aspect has already occurred to me in the last academic year and has not yet been solved. I thought it might be due to internet bandwidth and I paid an annual subscription to fix it, but I still have the same problem. I would appreciate a solution to this problem.
