My videos i upload aren't showing a HD option, like 1080p or 760p?

So I upload videos to YouTube. I use XSplit to record them in 760p or 1080 p. I use the 760 and 1080p options in Camtasia, like HD max size and Smart Player, and even AVI. My last video was an avi and did upload at 760p. Not sure if youtube processing makes that take a while or not. Am I doing something wrong? Not sure if it's at the XSplit end or the Camtasia end. Also, the videos still look good even though they are like 480p (or whatever), as if they are in HD but the option isnt there.

Sometimes You-Tube takes a little while before you can select HD playback. I think it depends on how many people are uploading.
