My one click does not shrink automatically. I need to first click on it once before it can autoshrink to the side. Any ideas why? This happens either on reboot or manually turning it on.

Nope, tried that. Not working. Don't know what it is. I've been using snagit a long time. This is the first time it happened. It's on my new T440p Win7 Pro.

Perhaps try turning one click off, then back on again? I know I find I have to do that often just to get it to appear for me.

Nope, I think I'll need to uninstall and install again when I have time.

Nope, none of the suggestions helped. I'm sure its a bug specific to my laptop. I'm on a brand new Lenovo T440p with Windows 7 Pro. Snagit is the second installed program on my laptop. It was office before Snagit. The problem is that the one click doesn't shrink to the sides properly, it feels if my mouse is rolled over and opens up. If I need to shrink it, I need to drag it to another place so that it really does initialize again. But if i plug the a/c or remove the a/c or if I connect to monitor, it does that again and requires me to drag it to somewhere else so that it initializes correctly.

I've attached a screenshot of how it looks like when I login to windows or when I unplug the a/c so you'll understand better of the situation.
