Need key command to stop a Panoramic Post

On large panoramic captures, the "Stop Capture" button is sometimes left behind the screen being captured because there is no room for it on the screen being captured.   It would be very helpful to have a keyboard command (i.e. shift-s for stop) to halt the capture.  Otherwise, you end up with a useless mishmash of graphics in your capture while you are hunting the stop button.

I agree a shortcut could come in  handy.
You've got my vote.

I've found selecting a slightly smaller capture area initially.
Allows free and clear access to stop button in most cases.

In addition to what Joe offered, I sometimes find that I really need to be super close to the bottom in order to get everything. So one way to adjust is to think backwards. Scroll the area until that bottom part is in view, then start the Panoramic capture and move the scrollbar UP.

I just use the 'Alt+tab' key combo to bring it to the front and click 'Stop'. Works fine for me.

Hi,

What version of Snagit and what OS are you on? The latest version of Snagit on macOS lets you start and stop Pano captures with the enter key.
