I need to know what files are being viewed recently. We've run out of bandwidth but have no idea what is being viewed with such frequency that are bandwidth is gone. Where can I find exactly what files have been viewed this month (and from what link they were viewed or any other analytical clues as to why we are having so much usage.

Hey Larry,

What's the email you use for your screencast.com account?

Not sure what you mean, Ricky. My intent was to look at his account, and hopefully help him figure out a solution.

His specifics aside and as a new user, are there any rules of thumb to predict broadband usage.
For example and in my case, expect x amount to be used if 10 people view a 5 minute Jing screen capture video. My apologies in advance if it is truly unpredictable and only time will tell at my end.

The account uses dnsadmin@pointsoflight.org   Thanks for looking into this for us. (We've never seen this much bandwidth use in the several years we've had the account .. so trying to determine what might be causing this extreme bandwidth usage right now.

Hi Larry,

When you purchased the upgrade to Screencast Pro for the extra storage and bandwidth, the license key you were assigned in the confirmation email was not associated with the account. I went ahead on the back end and upgraded you to the Pro status. You should be all set from here and see your additional storage and bandwidth. Thank you!
