New Email Address Not REcognized by Jing ;(

I updated my account on techsmith.com to chrissy@proclaiminteractive.com, but my downloaded version of Jing does not recognize that this account exists. It still sees my old "chrissy@agsmarketing.net" account, however, when I try to login at the website with that username, I get an error saying this account doesn't exist. Can someone help?

  • frustrated, because I switched companies and need my branding to match the new place, and I want to keep my history.
