New view page on Screencast: need to be able to set attachments/details pane expanded by default.

The current Screencast "new view page" design is very sparse, with only a tiny "i" icon at upper right, which is not intuitive at all. For training videos and webinar archives with PDF attachments, there should be a way to set whether or not the details/attachments pane is expanded by default when the page is first loaded. It should be a per-video setting. Right now, there are no intuuitive clues to the viewer where or how to access related materials.
If nothing else, provide a user-editable HTML block either above or below the video where we can put messages like "Click the little 'i' icon at upper right to obtain the related print materials"... just SOMETHING where we can give users cues.

Hi UofITaxSchool,

Thank you for this thoughtful feedback. It's actually something we've heard from some other users. I will be passing this along to the design team.

Please let us know if you have any other ideas!
