No Vimeo - maybe no Camtasia

One of the great advantages of Final Cut Pro is the ability to upload directly to Vimeo easily. I don't understand why that is such a problem for Camtasia. I was thinking about moving all my videos to Camtasia, but will probably rethink that without direct Vimeo access. I have upgraded to Camtasia 2018 for Mac.

It's not on the menu the way it is with Windows, but apparently there is a way of doing it using the Mac sharing process. I don't use Macs and I don't use Vimeo so I don't know how well or poorly this may suit your needs, but it's worth taking a look at this thread, and particularly Stephen Wagner's posts.

It should be on the menu without a workaround...I have a lot invested in Vimeo and it works great with Final Cut Pro...  Camtasia folks should be able to make this happen.

It ́s just a guess but Vimeo has its own app now in the Mac App Store.

If video quality is an issue, then you will want Vimeo to compress your videos instead of Camtasia anyway. Export with minimum compression and highest data rate, then upload that huge file to Vimeo. Bonus: you can then download multiple resolutions of compressed video back from Vimeo for other purposes.
