I put the same question in this forum, and now I'm going to answer it for both of us, as I figured it out. When you have done your Capture, click on Customize Jing Buttons next to the Capture button in the lower left-hand corner. Click on New button and scroll to the right. There is the Save button, yay! Install the Save button and it'll always show in the lower left-hand corner. You can save the capture to Pictures and print it from there.

The old version used to be able to print--how come I can't save and/or print the screen capture??

Ok, but why doesn't it have an embedded print funtion? Why do I have to save it first? SnagIt has a print function I believe. I recently switched to Jing from PrintKey2000 because Jing has handy markup features that PrintKey does not. However, PrintKey has a print function. I don't understand why you wouldn't want to provide the ability to print directly from the software.

I agree. I should not need to save and then open to print. Jing, give us a PRINT button option after the capture. Pretty please.
