Noise Removal in Camtasia 2019 breaks once any cuts or Ripple deletes are applied to Video Clip

When I apply Noise removal to a clip it does a half decent job. However, The moment I add a cut to the clip or do a Ripple Delete the Noise Removal loses its effect, even though it is still applied to each of the cuts. Is this a known bug? If I cut or Ripple Delete before I apply Noise Removal... it does not work.

Have you tried exporting the audio and using Audacity?

Sorry I have been travelingĀ  a lot and not had time to come backĀ  to this.
All of my audio files are usually edited in Audition from videos edited in Premier Pro and/ or After Effects so no issues most of the time.

Sometimes I get audio files from others that do not go through the process. Adding the Noise removal effect works fine in those situations and then cutting or ripple deleting the timeline nullifies the effect, this should not happen?

I can't reproduce the problem.
It may be a format oddity? Being that they come from elsewhere.

I'm using the latest version 2019.0.7
If this is an ongoing problem, I'd get tech support involved.

If you have a file you can upload and share. I'd throw it on my timeline and see if the same happens.
