Not Easy to Remember How to Find Panoramic Capture

I wish TechSmith would make the panoramic capture option more obvious or make a shortcut directly to it since you have so many capture modes that will scroll and that you can take a picture with. Here are the steps I needed from them on a Mac.

Use "Select Capture Mode" and then immediately show the option for "Panoramic Capture" instead you have to make a capture of the selection and then you see the option. That makes sense but what doesn't make sense is that you have all these options that show up beforehand that you can do. Why not make one of them "Panoramic Capture" and then I can figure out to make a selection.

It seems way more intuitive if you have a text option that says Panoramic capture because as it is now you get all these options and none of them are what you want and then after you click a section then you choose panoramic capture. Reverse that or at least show that is an option or do both and things would be so much better. I have done this so many times and I have to keep coming back to trying to remember which of all the keyboard shortcuts is the one I want and then how do I find it after I get the right one.  Super frustrating that such an awesome feature is so hidden from end users. I would think the amazing developer of that feature would want to make it less of a hidden people in "the know" feature so everyone can enjoy that a lot more.

Make a direct shortcut for that feature that would be very awesome and intuitive too good websites and software let you do the same things in multiple ways in my opinion!

Paul is correct! Additionally on newer versions of Snagit, there will already be a preset for Panoramic capture that you can assign a hotkey to.

Nope, this is a mac screenshot. This will display if you click the "S" icon in your menu bar.
