Not receiving any quiz updates

Hi,

I created 3 quizzes last week, took the quizzes but have not received any confirmation e-mails, nor see them on our Dashboard.

The last time we received any quiz results or dashboard reports was on 12/19/2014.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
