Not recording

When I click the Record button in Camtasia 9.0.3 (Windows 10), after I've already done several recordings, Camtasia minimizes but the camera is not initialized and the interface for the recording device does not appear. I have to go in to Windows Task Manager and kill the Recorder before it will work again. So there is a workaround. But it's still a bug. Suggestions?

I'm having the same problem.  Camtasia version 9.0.3 on Windows 10.

Exactly the same as yours.  Kill Camtasia Recorder 9 in Task Manager, then it works again.

Same problem for me, but the workaround doesn't always solve it. This problem is making the program basically unusable for me - was this issue ever addressed in the end?
